Chocolate & Banana Protein Shake
Alright, we know what you are thinking.. Do we even need a recipe for this classic protein shake? But hey.. we took this simple drink, added a few nuts and supergrains to make it rich in antioxidants & give you that extra boost of energy to start your day on the right note!
Here are the ingredients you need:
- Overnight soaked 8-10 almonds
- A banana
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1/4th cup cooked quinoa (best source of amino acids!)
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- ½ spoon cinnamon powder
- 2 ice cubes
- A spoon of seed mix
How do you make it?
Just blend them all together!
