Y’all know my love for coffee & these cookies are perfect with your coffee. It’s GLUTEN-FREE, SUGAR-FREE, LOW CALORIE & OIL FREE. ?? I mean, you seriously need to try this- pair these cookies with black coffee, and it’s an excellent pre-workout snack!?? Here’s the recipe SAVE it you will LOVE it!!?
I N G R E D I E N T S:
2 small bananas, mashed
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup dried berries
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 pinch salt
M E T H O D:
Combine all the wet ingredients properly until well combined. Combine with the dry ingredients.
Shape it. And bake for 15-20 mins at 180C. Drizzle some chocolate.
