Habit Stacking - the secret to success!

Rome wasn't built in a day! Nor is a fit body. 


Stacking one healthy habit a week, making it a part of the routine and then building the next new habit onto it makes for a strong foundation to a healthy lifestyle. Because why just get 'Fit for Festive' when you can be fit for life! 


Thinking of oil pulling? Build that into your routine right before you brush your teeth, for example. It will be easier to remember. 


The week after that move onto the next healthy habit which is to drink moringa tea, for example. Build this into your routine right after brushing your teeth. Now you have built two good habits around a routine and this is likely to become a lifestyle!
