Peanut besan burfi

§ Ingredients :
1/2 cup chana atta / besan
1/3 cup melted ghee (add gradually as needed)
1/2 cup coarsely ground roasted peanuts
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2/3 cup jaggery powder (add after turning off the gas flame)
Garnish with sliced pistachios & cut it while slightly warm into desired shape.
Let the barfi set for at least 2-hours!
