    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Shelf Life- upto 2 weeks in refrigerator

    [keto, healthy, sugar free]

    Took only 15 minutes to make.
    Note: the amount of liquid required will depend on if you’re using almond flour or ground almonds.

    Recipe:

    4 tbsp @truefarm ghee (divided)
    1 cup @urbanplatter.in almond flour or 150g of @californiawalnutsindia almonds, ground
    1-2 tsp stevia
    3/4 cup milk of choice + add some water as required
    1 tsp cardamom powder
    A pinch of saffron soaked in warm milk

    How its working for me?
    - The oil keeps the skin moisturised and glowy. Its very very moisturising
    - The serum is a beautiful hydrator and I use it in the morning with SPF. It quickly gets absorbed and doesnt feel much sticky
    - Too early to comment on dark spots / brightening since skincare takes time to show results. I’ll do a proper detailed review in few days

  • Create an easy, gluten free, low calorie, sugar free and oil free cookies. Pair it with your black coffee for a pre workout meal.

    I N G R E D I E N T S:
    2 small banana, mashed
    2 tbsp Unsweetened Creamy Peanut Butter 290g 
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1 cup rolled oats from True Elements 
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1/4 cup dried berries
    1 tsp cinnamon powder
    1 pinch salt

    M E T H O D:
    Combine all the wet ingredients properly until well combined.
    Combine with the dry ingredients.
    Shape it. And bake for 15-20 mins at 180C.
    Drizzle some chocolate.

    Recipe:
    Dough-
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp ghee

    Filling-
    Dry roast 1 tbsp sesame seeds/ white til
    Add 1 cup coconut flakes
    3-4 tbsp jaggery powder
    1 tsp ghee

    Air fry for 10 minutes at 180° and it’s done!

    2 tbsp Praakritik Coconut sugar
    1 tsp dry ginger powder
    Garnish with shredded dry coconut and serve hot.
