A lot of people mistake being fit with having an ideal body. What they don’t understand is that being fit is not just confined to having an ideal figure and an attractive appearance but is a state of a healthy mind and a healthy lifestyle. Fitness is an art that goes beyond the boundaries of an appealing body and has its roots established in a healthy mind, body and soul.
The idea of being fit should not be defined by any set weight but by how and what you want to become as a person in terms of physical, mental and spiritual well being ten years from now.
According to me the concept of fitness has been highly misunderstood by the way we campaign and show it. Self love does not come from an ideal body; it comes from a healthy body and a healthy mind.
At the end I would like to conclude by saying that fitness is adopting a healthier lifestyle by eating right, thinking right and being happy.
