The eight limbs of yoga are

1) yama (abstinences)

2) niyama (observances)

How to do a lot of breathing treasure...? Part-2

Now let's do a little experiment. Now when I breathe, do I feel how much my lungs are filling with air? Is the air full? To understand this, let us experiment while reading. I keep 1 day aside to do my ‘complete’ pranayama practice

Honestly i find it so challenging that for now 1 day is all I can manage 😥

Utpluthih is also known as tolasana – scales pose,🧘‍♂️ Familiar to those who practice the Ashtanga sequence; Utpluthih or Tolasana builds upper body and core strength dramatically, but it also requires this strength to be able to hold the position. As with all poses, if the full and final expression isn’t available to you (yet!) then do whatever
