BEST ₹25 I've spent! Alum stone is a great natural antiperspirant - helps with sweat and smell (stuff no one likes to talk about but everyone wants to know about 😊). Rub it on your underarm after you've showered and then apply a deodorant - it'll make your deo last longer! Tip : Might be a little tingly if you've just shaved so be careful. Self care I am a firm believer in Self care.


Even if you have 1 or 2 kids mom's should ensure that you give minimum 1 hour to yourself. This helps the skin to feel good/soft and glow.


Simple Routine to Self-care


Wash your face. Morning and night. Rinse your face water and rub a small amount of gentle cleanser between clean palms.


Apply toner.


Apply serum.


Apply eye cream.


Use spot treatment.


Moisturize.


Apply retinoid.


Apply face oil.


The Most Important is WATER and Healthy Diet.
