I took a break from working out and now I'm struggling to get back 😭 any tips on how I can stay motivated?

Rope length. The rope, when it's normal needs to be reaching around beginning of shoulders. Too short, u will trip, too long you will loose speed.

For example, I'm 184 cm and I use a 3m speed rope as people 5 10 to 6 3 are best suited for a 3 m rope.
