Sooji Halwa Recipe

Starting off Navratri with Sooji ka Halwa
Recipe:
1. In a kadhai, add 1/2 cup Desi A2 Cow Bilona Ghee - 500 ml from jivika naturals  and let it heat up.
2. Then add 1/2 cup Sprouted Suji 500g from  Conscious Food  Cook the sooji on low to medium flame while constantly stirring till it turns golden brown.
3. Add 1.5 cups water. Then, add 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4th cup sugar free. Quantity of sweetener can be adjusted according your taste. Can add up to 3/4 cup.
4. Now mix it well and add nuts Sports Mixed Nuts and Dry Fruit - Roasted Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Dried Blueberries, Cranberries and Raisins, Healthy Snack for all - 200g from @nuttygritties and raisins. Then some Cardamom 50g powder from Conscious Food  and cook till desired consistency
5. Garnish with more dry fruits and a tsp of ghee on top!

Notes: the trick to the perfect halwa is to ensure that the amount of ghee is equal to the amount of sooji. Of course you can lessen the amount of ghee according to your taste, but equal amounts of each gives an impeccable flavor.
