1. Few diced pineapple
2. ½ a frozen banana
3. ½ a frozen mango (chopped)
Directions:
1. Add the protein powder, frozen fruits, and nut milk into a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients until they are thoroughly combined and smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and garnish with chopped fruits, chia seeds & almonds on top.
